State Bank of India offers several banking services on WhatsApp. Customers can avail SBI bank services via WhatsApp scanning a QR code using their mobile phone. Account balance, mini statement, pension slip, loan information and several other SBI banking services are available on WhatsApp. Here’s the list along with steps to register and use these services.
Check account balance
SBI users can use the WhatsApp service to check their account balance. The service is available to both Savings and Current account holders. The service also includes additional features for sole proprietors CC, OD A/cs, including book balance, account renewal date and stock statement expiry date.
SBI WhatsApp banking allows users to check the mini statement which includes the last couple of transaction details from the linked account.
Pension slip service
Retired employees can use the SBI WhatsApp banking service to generate their pension slips.

If registration is successful then you will get a confirmation message on your Whatsapp linked to your registered mobile number.
